2 Levels of Membership
We offer 2 levels of Membership. Associate for if you wish to insure a one-off project or Full, offering insurance for an unlimited number of projects over a 12 month period.
Membership in both cases provides you with access to exclusive discounted rates, “A” rated Insurers, 10 year+ Warranties & Guarantees plus discounted Business Insurance.
Flat Roofs & Basements Covered
Excluded by most Commercial and Residential Insurance policies, we have the means to provide both as an optional cover subject to survey, underwriting and additional cost.
Right of Light Specialists
A Right of Light Insurance policy is designed to protect developers from the possibility of future claims resulting from the infringement of someone’s Right to Light.
